A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We’ll transfer your site(s) to our top–class cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that changing web hosting providers can lead to lost information and undesirable network downtime. That is the reason why we’ll accomplish all that for you at no cost!We have highly trained administrators whose chief task is to ensure that your website functions precisely as it did on your previous web hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based upon famous web apps such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time interval, because there are a lot of variables, including the size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our best to transfer your website within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not very large).

A: We’ll require the login details for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the web site’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to begin the migration of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share virtually the same information you have given to your current web host. We also have an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how sensitive information is tackled.

A: Your site will work exactly like it did before with your previous web hosting provider. Once we are through with the transfer, your website will be configured to work on our system and we will alert you to preview it. If it is working properly, all you will have to do is update the NS resource records associated with your domain. Your web site will be transferred over to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: While we migrate your content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will not contact them in any way.

A: Yep. We support all conventional Linux–powered web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, since we do not offer Windows web hosting services ourselves.Furthermore, we don’t support proprietary web site building and administration interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
